Basic Birth Package

Includes:

• 2 prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth and create a birth plan that best suits you 
• Continuous education and support from your doula through phone, text and email  
• Evidenced based resources
• Holistic policies and procedures
• Your doula will remain on call once you reach 37 weeks
• Unlimited physical and emotional support throughout labor and birth
• Help your partner feel more involved and connected to the laboring individual
• Your doula will remain with you for the first 1-2 hours after your baby arrives to help you with breastfeeding and ensure you are comfortable
• 2 follow-up postpartum visits within two weeks of the birth

Premium Birth Package

Includes:

• 4 prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth and create a birth plan that best suits you
• Continuous education and support from your doula through phone, text and email 
• Evidenced based resources
• Your doula will remain on call once you reach 37 weeks
• Unlimited physical and emotional support throughout labor and birth
• Help your partner feel more involved and connected to the laboring individual
• Your doula will remain with you for the first 1-2 hours after your baby arrives to help you with breastfeeding and ensure you are comfortable
• 3-4 follow-up postpartum visit within two weeks of the birth
